Have you heard lately the talk of the town? If you haven’t heard, please bear with me. There is a newly opened store at Mandaluyong it is located within the vicinity of EDSA Central Market. Last week I managed to buy some time. At glance, it has a resemblance to typical food chain but only difference was, they offering meals that were suitable for the budget of average Filipinos. After a long enduring line, at last the waiting was over. I ordered one nilagang baka with plain rice, one fried lumpia and one glass of iced tea. Maybe you won’t believe, it cost me fifty-five pesos only. After that very tasty experience with Tio Pepe’s Karinderia, I went home with take out order in my hand of fried lumpia.
